Overview

Beyond the histories of nations and the records of great wars lies another history — one written not by larger political stage, but by the people who lived within them.

Across Olera, countless stories have emerged from the adventures travels of its people: tales of heroes and wanderers, noble deeds and terrible mistakes, forgotten places and unexplained mysteries. Some have become famous throughout the realm; others remain known only to those who were there to witness them.

Each tale focuses upon an individual, a singular place, an extraordinary event, or a mystery that has captured the imagination of those who encountered it.

These are not necessarily histories in the traditional sense. They are the stories people chose to tell — and, as the Grand Story of Olera continues to unfold, they become another part of the world being written by its players and their characters.

Every kingdom has a history. Every people have their stories. But some stories become legends.
